Belfry Manhattan

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Moon Age Bourbon

• ½ ounce vermouth amaro*

• 2 dashes angostura bitters

• Belfry spiced bourbon cherry** (optional)

Tools

• mixing glass

• bar spoon

• tight-coiled strainer

• vintage martini glass

Instructions

Add spirits and bitters to mixing glass.

Add at least ½ cup of ice.

Stir for 30 seconds or until chilled.

Strain into vintage martini glass.

Garnish with a spiced bourbon cherry.

*We like using Cocchi Dopo Di Teatro.

**If you do not have any Belfry Spiced Bourbon Cherries on hand and cannot run by The Belfry to pick up a jar, Amarena or Luxardo cherries will suffice.
