  • coupe glass or martini glass

  • shaker

  • tight-coiled strainer

  • spray bottle*

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce Boat House Gin

  • ¾ ounce Lillet Blanc

  • ¾ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • absinthe*

Directions

Add spirits and lemon juice into shaker.

Add in half a cup of ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Strain into stemmed glass.

Finish with an absinthe spray.

*We like our Misto oil sprayer for our absinthe spray.
